Berry Banana Delight

Try out this quick and easy recipe for a healthy and delicious sweet smoothie made with banana, strawberries and Blueberries.Berry smoothie recipes are probably the most favourite ones because of their tasty flavor and ability to mix with other fruits.

Ingredients:

Fresh Strawberries -1 cup
Ripe Banana -1 No
Blue Berries- 1/2 cup
Honey - 2 tbsp
Ice Cubes - 7-8

Method:

1.In a blender or mixer, combine all the ingredients. Blend until  smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

Miracle Juice - Beetroot Carrot And Apple Juice

Kick start your day with this energy boosting treat. Rich in flavour and nutrients. Miracle juice is high in carbohydrates as it contains beetroot and carrots, which is the richest source of natural sugars.  This juice is a healthy accompaniment to any breakfast or snack.This is highly nutritious and it easily absorbs! Ingredients:
Carrot - 1  Peeled and diced in to 1 inch pieces
Beetroot - 1  Medium size cut into pieces
Apple - 1 Medium size (unpeeled) cut into pieces
Lime Juice - 1 tsp  (optional)
Crushed ice to serve

Method:
1.Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.

2.Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.

3.add lemon juice (optional ) for a refreshing taste.

4.Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it.

5.Serve immediately.

Pista Date Milk Shake

There are many types of milk shakes with different types of flavours. This healthy milkshake is made with Pistachios,Dates and honey.

Ingredients:
Unsalted raw Pistachio (Pista)- 3tbsp
Dates -10nos
Honey 1tbsp
Milk-2cups
Ice cubes

Method:

1.Place the pistachios adn dates in a blender, cover, and pulse several time to coarsely grind.

2.Add 1 cup milk and blend until smooth.

3.Scrape down the sides of the jar with a spatula to free the nuts.

4.Slowly add another 1 cup milk,honey and blend for 1/2 minute.

5.Add the Ice cubes to the mixture and blend again.

6.Serve chilled in a  tall glass.

Here is one simple milkshake made with dry fruits ,banana and goodness of milk packed with full of protein. A perfect healthy evening snack for the kids.

Ingredients:
Chilled milk - 2cups
Ripe bananas - 2nos
Almonds /Badam- 1tbsp
Pistachios - 1tbsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Crushed Ice - 1/4cup

For The Garnish:
Few slivers of almonds/badam and pistachios

Method:
1.Grind Almonds and pistachios to a coarse powder.
2.Blend together Dry fruits powder,ripe bananas,sugar,milk, and crushed ice in a mixer till smooth.
2.Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with almonds and pistachios.

Ginger Mint Shikanji is a simple summer time drink recipe prepared from lime juice, sugar , ginger and fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients:

12 Mint leaves
1'' piece Ginger
3tsp Sugar
Juice of half a lemon
A pinch of chat masala
1Bottle of soda
Method:
1. Crush mint leaves, ginger and sugar.

2. Transfer this into a tall glass; add lemon juice chatmasala and soda to it.

Beetroot Milk Shake

Ingredients:

1 fresh whole beetroot
3tbsp of vanilla ice cream
4tbsp of sugar syrup
1tbsp of cinnamon powder
1/2cup of chilled milk, crushed ice
Method:
1 .Boil the whole beetroot with the skin and peel it. Cut it into pieces
2. In a blender, add all the ingredients and whip till you get a milkshake.
3. Serve in tall glasses.
