Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
Low Fat Milk - 250ml
Banana -1
Strawberries -4nos large
Vanilla  flavoured yogurt / Natural  yogurt- 1tbsp
Honey - 1tsp
Ice- 10 cubes

Method:
1.In a blender or mixer, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
